In this course I will teach you how to make the set of 7 cookies that make up “The cookie elf shop”, a fun composition of cookies inspired by the elves who help Santa Claus by making and preparing the Christmas gifts. Together we will decorate a beautiful bakery shop surrounded by 7 mischievous elves, one of which is a royal icing transfer. Throughout the course we will be working on the different techniques that I use when I decorate my cookies (outlining, flooding, snow effect, painting, creating different textures and transfers in royal icing…), and we will add all kinds of details that will make our cookie shop shine. I don’t know if you heard, but many cookiers call me “The Detail Queen”, and I don’t think it’s such a big deal, but it is true that I love adding details and more to my cookies 😉😉.

***STL files for this class (only the elves) are available in the shop. You can buy them here. The size of the shop is too big and I am not sure if it can be printed in a regular 3D printer, so I did not include it in the set of STL files, but it is really easy to hand cut it with the course templates.
***Experience level – while anyone can take this class, it is highly recommended to have some previous experience working with royal icing.
