In this course I will teach you how to make the set of 4 cookies that make up the Valentine's set. We will  focus on creating a set of detailed cookies inspired by Valentine's Day: an adorable hedgehog, a lovely whale, a really cute bug in royal icing transfer, and a Jam jar. During the class  you will learn to outline and flood, use the wet on wet technique and create different types of texture to create volume. I will also show you my tips & tricks for making my royal icing transfers.
